Our favourite werewolves and werewolf hunters are back on January 6, 2014. If you caught the mid-season finale of Teen Wolf a few months ago, then you know that shizz has been going down and brewing up in Beacon Hills.
The trailers for Season 3B have been doing the rounds and they are nothing short of CREEPY!! The trailers use themes of horror, mystery and ominous foretelling to show us what is coming up next month! They also feature a song sung by a [creepy] little girl with the lyrics “Life is but a dream” playing out as the teasers end. All of them end with the tag line “Lose Your Mind”.
Stiles Stilinski’s teaser below shows images of bodies pressing onto a white curtain, a classroom full of students communicating with sign language and Stiles losing his mind on a football field with the lights glaring into his eyes as he shouts “WAKE UP”!
Scott McCall’s teaser below shows images of flies on a cadavar, him lying, bleeding on a table and Stiles and Lydia trying to wake up him up.
Allison Argent’s teaser below, is by far the creepiest and shows her entering a morgue with someone behind her (that someone looks like Allison herself) and as the lights go off, Allison walks toward an open drawer, through which she sees someone crawling up. Guys, I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight!
The complete trailer for the second half of the season is embedded below:
Now, the above trailer amps up the horror level in a way I didn’t think was possible, not after the character teasers posted above, and here are our reactions:
So someone is walking down a dark corridor, with water running all over the floor.
Lydia is trying to scream, but her lips are sealed shut.
Allison is petting a wolf like it’s her stuffed toy, but it does look a little lifeless!
Whose bloody hands are these?
Someone is trying very hard to wake up.
Who is Sheriff Stilinski trying to reassure with the “This isn’t you” line?
Guess what will be abundant in my nightmares tonight?
The person walking through the corridor has finally arrived in to a room with Scott, who also mutters the line “This isn’t you”.
And BAM! The “You” is none other than Stiles! You guys, Stiles with bloody hands and blood around his mouth, who finally tells his reflection “This is you”.
Notably missing from the trailer is our favourite wolves, Isaac (Daniel Sharman) and Derek (Tyler Hoechlin), who at the end of Season 3A, left town with his sister Cora, but we have a positive feeling that he’ll show up, and Isaac will still be around (hopefully not in a love triangle with Allison and Scott).
So what is going on you guys? Is this sleep-hypnosis-horror situation a direct result of the sleep journey that Scott, Stiles and Allison undertook at the end of Season 3A to save their loved ones, or is there something else at play in Beacon Hills!
It is clear from these trailers that everyone is losing their mind, as are we, because though January 6 is a little over a month away, we can hardly wait.
The theatrical trailer for the upcoming adaptation for Divergent released on November 13, 2013 and we for one reason or another, we couldn’t bring you our reactions – but fear not initiates, for here they are, better late than never we say!
Check out this trailer below :
And our reactions, excuse the fangirling that will ensue … but tread carefully, spoilers from the book ahead!
We start off with a picturesque view of sunrise over the field.
A shot of Mrs. Prior cutting Beatrice’s golden locks and tying her hair into an Abnegation bun – straight from the books, folks!
The skyline of a dystopian Chicago.
From the far side, Erudite (blue), Abnegation (grey), Candor (black and white) and Amity (red and yellow) initiates line up before the building. Where are the Dauntless in black you ask?
Why … the Dauntless are jumping out of the trains!
Seems like the Choosing Ceremony speech is being given by Jeanine Matthews in the film!
It may be the post-apocalyptic world, but it doesn’t mean that you forget to use fake eyelashes and mascara!
One of the simulations in which Tris wakes up – even though this was paired with her test simulation in the trailer, we are pretty sure it’s from another point in the film.
Tris, the first jumper, jumps right in!
And look who is waiting there to greet her!
We know Tris, we know, we would be in the same condition if we met Four.
Lets just address the fact that Four is a BOSS when it comes to training new initiates!
Bad Peter, very bad!
Do you feel the tingles?!
Tris sure does!
Tris volunteers for the knife-throwing!
And Four goes all out!
“I want to be Brave and Selfless and Intelligent and Honest and Kind.” *Melts and then dies*
Oh the Dauntless, if they aren’t leaping into or out of the trains, then they are hanging on to them!
Some scenes from the climax of the film.
The Dauntless headquarters has been so perfectly carved out from our imagination!
THE FEELS!! YOU GUYS! THE FEELSSSSSSS!!
You guys, probably one of my favourite parts of the book!
and another favourite – the ziplining scene!
So tell us which were your favourite parts from the trailer and which scenes are you excited to see when the film comes out on March 21, 2014?
Also check out the official poster featuring Four and Tris below –
The colours, the tagline, the two leads and a view of dystopian Chicago – we can hardly wait!
The thing with God’s Green Earth is that when it is night time in half the world, the other side is still rocking on. But things like these are only trivial for fans of Vampire Academy who all convened at the launch of the theatrical trailer and boy was it GOOD!!
Check out the trailer below in FULL HD!
So we start off with the sounds of crickets in the background
And we move to the fridge – part of the opening sequence in the book.
Soon we are whisked away to the beautiful backdrop of Montana, the setting for the Academy.
The gorgeous, regal Lissa Dragomir and guys, the cat is too cute – but it is looking right at US!
Here is the Academy you guys, the beautiful Charterhouse School in Surrey and damn it looks magical!
Flocking to the Church at night, the lighting is freaking amazing!
THE GUARDIAN TRAINING STUFF LOOKS EPIC. AND ON A NOCTURNAL SCHEDULE. FEEEEELS.
WHOA! VIKTOR …. What happened to you?
Lets meet the FACULTY!
GUYS!! The only thing I’m taking from above is Danila’s accent when he says ”Insubordinate” … OMG! FEELS” SWOONIN! HALP
THE HOTTIES FROM ST. VLADS
From Jesse trying to have his way, to Dimitri’s *SWOOOOON* gaze, Mason’s fighting skills to Aaron’s puppy dog eyes and Christian stealing the spotlight …. it’s going to be a busy film!
ROSE HATHAWAY, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!
So, Rose is one of a kind … her lines from the trailer are witty, her expressions are fierce and her passion (while dancing with Jesse or lusting with Dimitri) are OFF THE CHARTS!
ALSO YOU GUYS … THE LINE “So I heard you can take two guys at once” IS FROM THE BOOK!!!!
DIMITRI IS EVERYWHERE
Contrary to popular belief, Dimitri can be found lurking around throughout the trailer!
AND THE SPECIAL STUFF!
The still of Christian on the ground trying to use fire looks like its from the climax scenes.
SO FREAKING HAPPY ABOUT THESE PSI-HOUNDS! GUYS – WE GOT THE PSI-HOUNDS!
OKAY! Notice Rose’s eyes? They are glazed over – she is inside Lissa’s Head!!!!!
THE ACTION, THE MYSTERY, THE HORROR
OMG you guys, SHIZZ is going down in Vampire Academy! We’d already seen some action sequences in the first teaser, and this trailer brought us a whole lot more! Can you feel your pulse getting fast?! OMG LIKE ZOMG!
I mean … look at the reaction this screencap of Dimitri Belikov got!!
AND BAM …. That is Vampire Academy … the first one! Set in a high school, with hot boys, mean girls, and BEST FRIENDS FOREVER! Add to that hot Russian mentor, a crazy supernatural world, all the action and mystery … and we are set for the most EPIC YA adaptation of 2014!!
You guys … I want the film out NOW, but our wait is less than three months, so maybe I’ll hang on!
Check out some cast reactions to the trailer (which is basically these two fooling around and not realizing they are both in love with Lissa Dragomir!)
@DomSherwood1 i thought you were amazing. Cant wait to meet u xoxo—

And finally, check out the songs from the trailer:
“Kill of the Night” by Gin Wigmore
“Matangi” by M.I.A.
What are your thoughts on the new trailer?
The official trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past landed a couple of days ago and excuse us for not talking about this earlier! We were suffering from a serious case of fangirling and symptoms included goosebumps, shivering, crying and shrieking! The trailer is THAT EPIC! So without further delay, lets take a peek and find out what our favourite mutants are upto!
Now, wasn’t that truly awesome? Professor X’s speech, the background music (John Murphy), and all the characters, past, present and new (future)!
Nostalgia strikes as we see glimpses of the gang from the original X-Men trilogy!
And then some hot new mutants looking serious, read more about these four at Empire Online!
and then we meet the gang we last saw in X-Men: First Class – welcome back you lot, we missed you guys!
There is a whole lot of stuff going on in the trailer, which serves as both a sequel to X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) and X-Men: First Class (2011), with Professor X trying to convince Wolverine to go back in the past and help guide the young professor to save the future.
They are all suited up, they are all in unfamiliar territory, I think its safe to say that SHIZ will go down here!
Uhm, yes, SHIZ does go down!
Poor Wolverine, if its not adamantium being inserted into his body, its someone trying to read his memories – it all hurts him people!
So its times like these when I seriously think I have a problem because I’m so in love with this psycho!
And it seems like he’s destroying some peaceful 70’s demonstration!
And trying to hurt my girl Mystique?! Wait …. STOP! I ship these two!
Yes, you heard that right! I ship you with Erik!
So of course SHIZ goes down in the past, but wait … what is Tyrion Lannister doing here?
Uhm, he’s obviously someone sinister and powerful and dark!
The man you can’t be killed! This is going to be an epic scene in the film, but I’m already a bit distracted! Sigh!
Storm has some cool powers!
But my favourite mutant is Rogue, so nothing should happen to her basically!
This scene is just TWO bloody fantastic! Prof X tells Prof X to get his groove back on! EPIC stuff!
This trailer is death by EPICNESS and we cannot wait for the film (May 2014) and a whole lot more of EPIC trailers, promos, posters and material to be released!
Did you suffer from fangirling after seeing this trailer?
The final trailer for next month’s upcoming film, Catching Fire, released last night and it sure adds to the final piece of the puzzle, featuring scenes from the arena, including the fog, the mutts, the jabberjays and a defiant Katniss releasing her arrow into the force field! Check out the trailer below!
So lets dive right into the trailer and spot the familiar scenes!
Katniss climbs the tallest tree in the arena to get a view
The arena for the 75th Hunger Games – tick, tock!
The trailer then shows us a glimpse of Katniss and Peeta as they look above it all during the tribute parade
The spark grows!
The locket that Peeta gives to Katniss inside the arena!
Oh, now what are you up to, Capitol hovercraft?
Cinna’s beautiful dress for Katniss transforms her into the Mockingjay!
One of the first adversaries in the arena – that wretched FOG!
These scary monkey muttations are no friend to any tribute!
Katniss slams into the glass wall trying to escape the jabberjays’ screams, as Peeta reassures her (with Johanna in the background)
Oh those horrid jabberjays!
A remarkable thing about this (and other) Catching Fire trailers is that we can recognise so many scenes from the book. The first film, The Hunger Games, was also very faithful to the book and that could be attributed to the fact that author Suzanne Collins co-wrote the screenplay. For Catching Fire, however, the screenplay was co-written by Simon Beaufoy and Michael Arndt with Suzanne Collins receiving writing credits only for the book and even then, the upcoming film seems to be very faithful to its corresponding book. One can only hope that future “YA novel adapting” screenwriters, directors and producers take note that a lot of the success of The Hunger Games film series lies in its faithful adaptation from its books!
The film releases on November 22 and advance tickets are on sale now!
How excited are you for Catching Fire?
We’ve had set visits, the first Fiery Heart book trailer (with the second one to come in a few days’ time), a new official poster, cast interviews and appearances (Comic Con)… It’s been one exciting week for sure.

The official trailer for Frozen has arrived and it is EPIC-ally cute!
Frozen is an animated comedy from Walt Disney Animation Studios, the makers of Tangled and so many more awesome films and is loosely based on the Hans Christian Anderson’s fairy tale The Snow Queen. The film stars the voices of Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) as lead heroine Anna; Alan Tudyk (Suburgatory and the original British comedy Death at a Funeral) as the Duke of Weselton; Jonathan Groff (Glee) as mountain man Kristoff, Josh Gad (21 and Jobs) as Olaf the snowman and Idina Menzel (Enchanted and Glee) as Elsa, the Snow Queen and Anna’s elder sister.
The synopsis on IMDB reads as follows,
Fearless optimist Anna teams up with Kristoff in an epic journey, encountering Everest-like conditions, and a hilarious snowman named Olaf in a race to find Anna’s sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom in eternal winter.
Check out these cute moments from the trailer!
Anna [shivering]: “Cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold.”
Kristoff: “You wanna talk about a problem? I sell ice for a living.”
Anna: “Oooh, that’s a rough business to be in now.” [laughs] “Uhm … I mean … that is really unfortunate.”
The Duke: “My lady.” [The boat tips over and the Duke saves her and the two are in an embrace]
The Duke: “Woah … woah.”
Anna: “This is awkward, not you’re awkward, but just cos .. we’re … I’m awkward, you’re gorgeous. Wait, what?”
Kristoff: “Hang on!”
Anna: “I like fast!” [puts her feet up and relaxes]
Kristoff: “Oh woah, woah, woah, woah, get your feet down. This is fresh lacquer, seriously, where you born in a barn?”
[Kristoff spits to clean the lacquer]
[Anna gets hit by an evil snow man] Anna: “It is not nice to throw snow, people!”
Kristoff: “Hey, hey, slow down feisty pants, just let the snow man be!”
Anna: “I’m calm, I’m calm.” [turns around, and then turns back and throws a snow ball]
Kristoff: “Oh, come on!”
Anna: “Olaf, you’re melting.”
Olaf: “Some people are worth melting for.”
[can we get an awwwwwww]
Olaf: “I can’t feel my legs, I can’t feel my legs … “
Kristoff: “Those are my legs.”
[Olaf’s base rolls over] Olaf: “Ay, do me a favour, grab my butt.”
[Kristoff reattaches Olaf] Olaf: “Oh, that feels much better.”
Frozen is directed by Chris Buck (Tarzan, Surf’s Up) and Jennifer Lee, who wrote the screenplay for Wreck-It-Ralph, and shares writing credits for Frozen with Shane Morris. Frozen is out in theatres on December 6, 2013.
